Effective Date: 10-2-2024 By booking your stay at Nautica Retreat or using our website, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Booking Policy

Guests must be 21 years or older to book a stay.

A valid government-issued ID is required at check-in.

The apartment is designed for up to 2 adult guests.

No children or pets are permitted unless approved in writing.

2. Check-In / Check-Out

Check-in time: 3:00 PM
-
Check-out time: 11:00 AM
Late check-out may incur additional fees unless pre-approved.

3. Payment & Cancellations

Bookings require full payment in advance or a deposit (based on platform used).

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund.

No-shows or late cancellations may result in a partial or non-refundable charge.

4. House Rules

No smoking inside the apartment
-
No parties or events without written permission
-
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Damage to property or violation of rules may result in additional charges or termination of stay.
5. Liability
Nautica Retreat is not responsible for:

Loss or theft of personal belongings
-
Injuries occurring due to misuse of appliances or facilities
-
Weather-related disruptions or delays
6. Security & Surveillance
Outdoor areas are monitored by security cameras for the safety of all guests. No cameras are present inside the unit.
7. Use of Property
The apartment may only be used for residential short-stay purposes. Any commercial use is prohibited unless agreed upon in advance.
8. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website.
